1. Relationship: The driving force of global business.

    In today’s world, with social media and digital marketing, business depends on relationship. Why does relationship mean so much in the 2.0 world?

    The thing about business is that behind every company there are people and according to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the third layer of human needs are social and involve feelings of belongingness. This includes relationship, which is friendship, intimacy, and family. This comes only after Physiological needs (i.e. food, breathe, homeostasis) and Safety (personal security), so you can see why it’s so important to people to have relationships.

    It’s for this reason that we strongly believe that having a relationship with our clients, meaning partnership and friendship, is the key in running our business. Not only does relationship make the communication easier, but it sets up long term clients. I once read an article about an Ad company that strives to make every client a business partner. Becoming partners with every client should be a companies number one goal. At Vujà Dé we will always choose a relationship over a “great opportunity” or any dollar amount, because working with people that trust you and that you trust, will always make you look back and say “that was a good decision” and never regret it.
